A long, long time ago, in a PR office near Britain's least favourite airport, I met a couple of very cool Israelis with a smart idea...called fring. Basically it lets you make free calls from your mobile to anyone, anywhere...as long as they are a fring member. I've heard little since but the twitter note from Rory Cellan Jones reminded me. Anyway, if you find yourself making loads of international calls and have to pay your own bills, you'd do worse than to check it out.
